Areas of Work
There may be something specific you would like help with, or several concerns that are difficult to separate. You might be living with persistent pain, struggling with closeness or trust, feeling overwhelmed by your reactions, or finding that everyday life takes more effort than others realise.
My work includes trauma and overwhelming experiences, attachment and relationships, dissociation, chronic pain, difficulties with body image, perfectionism and burnout, grief and life transitions. I also make room for questions of identity, culture and belonging, including the experience of living between countries or languages.
These areas often intersect, but the connections are different for each person. We take time to understand what is happening for you, how it affects your life and what you would like to change. Your strengths, relationships and circumstances are part of that understanding, alongside the difficulties themselves.
The pages below explore particular concerns in greater detail and describe how we might work with them. They are starting points for a conversation. You do not need a diagnosis or a neatly defined problem to get in touch.
